The classic whatnot

This English Whatnot was probably inspired by a French “etagere”. It’s made from the very best solid rosewood, carefully selected and handmade, hand finished, and hand waxed in the same manner as all Classic Chairs’ furniture. These extremely elegant Whatnots are often used in pairs, as bedside/night tables, on either side of a fireplace chimney breast, in hallways, or even in bathrooms. It’s supported by a small cabinet with a drawer and two cupboard doors, and with its three tiered shelves, it will hold books or decorative objects and thus provide a focus in any room.
