The gillows chamber table

Inspiration for this versatile small table comes from the famous firm, Gillows of Lancaster, England. The Classic Chairs model is larger so that it is more adaptable and practical and is fitted with drawer locks. The reeded and rounded rectangular top above a beautifully cock beaded and panelled frieze encloses two useful drawers fitted with brass knobs. The slender turned and tapered legs give this table a light and elegant appearance. The table has the same sophisticated detail on the back so it can be used as a central table and need not be placed against a wall.
