A FOLEY / LATE FOLEY SHELLEY TEA or BREAKFAST SET
A very pretty set, perfect for either an indulgent afternoon tea or for the breakfast tray.
Shaped like flower petals, with sprigs of roses meandering round the edges, and gilded lines.
The saucer and side plate both have THE FOLEY CHINA (1895-1910) and the larger plate has LATE FOLEY, SHELLEY (in a shield), ENGLAND (1910-16). The pattern is Number 10137.
Foley/late Foley Shelley has become highly collectable in recent years.
Some rubbing to the gilt, as you’d expect after 100 years.
