This Briddon Bros coffee pot is a particularly elegant, tall and narrow oval shape, in classical style with the lower body and spout featuring fluted decoration, on a pedestal base.
It has an ogeed top with an ebonised central top knob and handle.
It also features very fine and close incised engraving, with cartouches to either side.
Made by Briddon Bros, Sheffield, England c 1882? The company was active between 1863-1910
