ART DECO MANTEL CLOCK
An Art Deco mantel clock

ANTIQUE ITEM: This is a very attractive Art Deco mantel clock, of the type so highly regarded the second time round.
The outer wooden shaped case is of a fine quality striated walnut veneer. The colour is pleasingly pale. This veneer was very new and very popular in the 1920’s.
The clock opening in the case has a glazed silver bezel.
The works: A 3 train movement, striking 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 on 2 5-chimes.
The clock retains its original key.
