This small pedestal table will seat 4 people very comfortably for general use. Its small size means consequently that it is ideal where space is limited. However, adding the leaf transforms it to an oval shape and it will seat 8 people.
The four splayed legs on the turned central pedestal give it great stability. These have recessed and ebonised centres, with ebonised paterae above. Cast brass caps in the form of sleeping lions are an added feature. These finer details set this table apart from the usual.
