Harmer’s sofa 2 seat features the ebonised detailing to the polished sabre legs, and Harmer’s signature hoofed foot.
This sofa was awarded for the best design at London’s Decorex exhibition.
Upholstered in the best traditional manner with an extravagant feather cushion seat or close covered, the Classic Chairs model is extremely comfortable and very stylish.
Historical note: B. Harmer is a largely unknown maker of the English Georgian period, little known even to furniture historians. He is principally remembered for the magnificent Drawing Room Suite for Powderham Castle.
