The impressive size of the Classic Chairs Breakfront Bookcase is adapted from a Regency period Gillows of Lancaster example. Made from solid wood, the plain cornice rests above a set of 4 glazed doors which, in turn, sit on the moulded waist. The lower section has 4 drawers above panelled doors and the interior, as well as the top section, has solid wood shelves. The outstanding feature of this bookcase are the inset columns, turned, tapered and reeded – which give style and form. The Bookcase stands on turned feet.
