George Smith coffee table

The Classic Chairs Coffee Table is adapted from a stool illustrated in George Smith’s Pattern Book (1808 edition) and is a believable and practical piece of furniture for today’s interior. Although the coffee table was unknown in the time of the golden age of cabinet making, this table will provide the answer to the problem of what to use in the classic interior. Because it is scaled up from a pattern book of the early 19th century, it will suit the classic or contemporary interior.
